dealflow.market is looking for a Freelance Investor Relations Consultant (m/w/d) to support companies in their fundraising efforts and investor communication. You will work directly with founders and management teams, helping them navigate the capital raising process.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end fundraising campaigns across all relevant investor platforms.
Lead communication and build relationships with potential investors.
Create compelling presentations and investor documents.
Analyze market and investor trends to optimize fundraising strategies.
Support in identifying and selecting suitable potential investors.

Demonstrable professional experience in investor relations or fundraising.
Comprehensive understanding of the venture capital and private equity industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
Strong organizational and time management skills for freelance work.
