Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for resolving technical platform issues for internal and external users
- Evaluate the technical proficiency of users to deliver timely and appropriate assistance
- Ensure respondents are properly prepared to join their scheduled interviews on time
- Guide the initiation of scheduled interviews and offer troubleshooting support when necessary
- Assist in training moderators and interpreters before project launch
- Identify, categorize, and relay technical issues to the Product Owner and Engineering team
- Record technical problems and their solutions to aid customer support and refine internal workflows
- Maintain current knowledge of product updates and provide technical guidance within the team as required
