Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Chemistry Expert - AI Trainer to collaborate on projects that refine how generative AI models handle specialized questions and complex reasoning in chemistry. You will use your domain expertise to directly influence the development of advanced AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts to test and improve AI model performance.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers in chemistry.
- Correct the model's responses using your domain-specific knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Chemistry or a closely relevant field.
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience with a focus in Analytical, General, Inorganic, Organic, or Physical Chemistry.
- Possess an advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
- Are ready to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Have a laptop, reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
