Sigma Marketing LLC is hiring a Fraud Report Assistant. In this role, you will be a key part of our mission to create safer digital spaces by actively submitting reports on fraudulent activity. This is a full-time, fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven work.
What You'll Do
- Submit scam and fraud reports for websites identified by our team.
- Follow clear, step-by-step instructions for each reporting platform.
- Use templates and pre-defined responses to streamline the reporting process.
- Keep track of all submitted reports using a simple Google Sheet or Excel file.
- Notify the team once reports are successfully submitted.
What We're Looking For
- A computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets.
- Ability to follow detailed, written instructions precisely.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of your work.
- Comfortable communicating in English (written).
