Conduent is hiring a Fraud Customer Service Representative III to provide advanced support within the EPS Call Center. In this role, you will handle escalated inbound calls, assist representatives on the floor, and contribute to the overall customer service experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist with inbound calls from cardholders with questions or concerns about their Debit card accounts when an escalation is needed or call volume is required.
- Assist with supervisor call backs.
- Assist with agent chat assistance.
- Assist with the call center floor to assist representatives with questions or difficult telephone calls.
- Answer inquiries regarding general dispute process.
- Perform data entry of disputes when necessary.
- Assist department supervisor and manager in implementation of work assignments. Act as department supervisor without supervisor/manager.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma, or GED.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Services.
- All internals must have 6 months experience in your current role.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check and security fingerprint.
Team & Environment
You will assist under department supervisor(s) direction and report directly to them.
