Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance engagement
- Administer framework agreements with focus on compliance, quality, and client expectations
- Showcase organizational expertise and guide clients toward appropriate solutions
- Assist in bid preparation and strategic positioning for upcoming framework contracts
- Supervise daily operations of frameworks and ensure adherence to delivery protocols
- Lead team development, onboarding, resource allocation, and support for Project Managers
- Track financial outcomes including profit and loss, revenue, invoicing, budgets, and overhead costs
- Implement governance structures, controls, and management systems
- Measure performance indicators, client satisfaction, spending, and value realization
- Ensure all framework activities comply with legal and contractual obligations
- Represent the organization in supplier evaluations and sector-related forums
- Support the development of business plans and strategic direction for frameworks
- Guarantee projects align with internal standards, quality assurance, and delivery procedures
- Conduct routine project assessments to detect risks and improvement areas
- Ensure all projects meet or surpass targeted gross margin benchmarks
