The FP&A Manager will play a key role at Snif, a brand redefining how people experience scent, by leading demand planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across both direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses. This highly visible position connects finance with operations, marketing, creative, and retail teams, translating complex data into actionable business insights that shape inventory decisions, product launches, and growth strategies with regular exposure to leadership and investor reporting.
What You'll Do
- Own demand planning, forecasting, and performance insights by product and channel across Snif’s DTC and wholesale businesses
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, creative, and retail teams
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that shape inventory buys, launches, and growth initiatives
- Serve as the connective tissue between finance, operations, marketing, and retail
- Support leadership, investor reporting, and board-level analysis
