Assist in the development of the European FP&A team to be a best-in-class function
Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Compliance, Partnership and Operations teams
Support extension of business in Continental Europe and next phase of expansion
Provide decision support through financial modelling and scenario planning
Review profitability of existing partner accounts and model changes to commercial terms
Monitor performance against targets at a partner account level
Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to identify opportunities and risks
Review monthly reporting and monitor variance to Plan/Reforecast
Investigate movements between actual and budgeted performance and provide insights
Support Financial Control team during close periods to understand variances
Maintain and report on product profitability by client/tier/cohort
Be involved in budget, 3-year planning, and regular forecasting cycles
Compile business forecasts for operational planning
Prepare the insurer Plan, including capital planning and reporting to the insurer Board

Ambitious and hands-on professional
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Experience with profitability monitoring and variance analysis
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
Ability to collaborate across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Partnership, and Operations teams
Experience supporting strategic planning and 3-year planning
