Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and distributing regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
- Help analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide insights for business decisions under guidance.
- Support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets while learning the underlying processes.
- Contribute to building and maintaining financial models and forecasting tools, adopting best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect financial data, ensuring accuracy and understanding data sources.
- Help prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders to gain exposure to executive communication.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to develop analytical skills.
- Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments, learning financial evaluation methods.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to gain insight into accounting cycles.
- Contribute to improving FP&A processes and procedures by identifying learning opportunities and suggesting improvements.
