About the Role

The individual in this role will define product positioning, develop launch strategies, and create messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences. They will collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure market-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional coordination
  • Develop compelling value propositions for new features and products
  • Translate technical product details into customer-focused messaging
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap priorities
  • Create sales enablement materials including battle cards and presentations
  • Define target customer personas and market segmentation
  • Support pricing and packaging strategies
  • Work with design to produce marketing assets
  • Gather and apply customer feedback to refine messaging
  • Partner with growth teams on acquisition campaigns
  • Track performance metrics for marketing initiatives
  • Present product updates to internal stakeholders
  • Represent the product at external events and webinars
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Align marketing strategy with business objectives
  • Develop competitive analysis reports
  • Inform product documentation with marketing insights
  • Drive awareness through content distribution
  • Coordinate with customer success on onboarding materials
  • Optimize messaging based on A/B testing results
  • Manage external agencies and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in communications
  • Scale go-to-market processes as the company grows
