Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional coordination
- Develop compelling value propositions for new features and products
- Translate technical product details into customer-focused messaging
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap priorities
- Create sales enablement materials including battle cards and presentations
- Define target customer personas and market segmentation
- Support pricing and packaging strategies
- Work with design to produce marketing assets
- Gather and apply customer feedback to refine messaging
- Partner with growth teams on acquisition campaigns
- Track performance metrics for marketing initiatives
- Present product updates to internal stakeholders
- Represent the product at external events and webinars
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
- Align marketing strategy with business objectives
- Develop competitive analysis reports
- Inform product documentation with marketing insights
- Drive awareness through content distribution
- Coordinate with customer success on onboarding materials
- Optimize messaging based on A/B testing results
- Manage external agencies and contractors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in communications
- Scale go-to-market processes as the company grows
- Serve as a product expert across departments
