About the Role
You will lead the development of core product features powered by artificial intelligence, shaping both technical direction and user impact from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent systems that operate with autonomy and decision-making capabilities
- Build scalable product architectures leveraging large language models and AI agents
- Collaborate closely with product and research teams to translate concepts into functional tools
- Define technical specifications for agent-based workflows and interactive AI interfaces
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to validate new product directions
- Own end-to-end development of key product modules from concept to deployment
- Optimize system performance and reliability under real-world usage conditions
- Integrate machine learning models into production-grade applications
- Refine data pipelines to support training and operation of AI components
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the long-term product stack
- Ensure security, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI behavior design
- Work iteratively with user feedback to improve product functionality
- Document code, systems, and processes for internal knowledge sharing
- Stay current with advancements in AI research and emerging frameworks
- Support integration of third-party tools and APIs into core workflows
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
- Assist in defining metrics to evaluate agent performance and user engagement
- Collaborate on user experience design for AI-driven interactions
- Help establish best practices for testing autonomous system behavior
- Contribute to technical roadmaps aligned with product vision
- Evaluate open-source and commercial AI technologies for potential adoption
- Build internal tools to accelerate development and operations
- Support deployment, monitoring, and observability of live systems
- Engage in cross-functional planning to align engineering with business goals
