Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams, company founders, and policy experts to identify customer needs and secure large government contracts
- Quickly implement and customize early-stage products for key clients
- Convert real-world regulatory and public sector processes into practical technical specifications
- Represent strategic customers' perspectives during product and engineering discussions
- Oversee technical delivery of forward-deployed proofs of concept and paid pilot programs with unique requirements
- Identify signs of product-market fit by analyzing customer engagement, usage data, and structured input
- Lead technical integration, data setup, and configuration for secure, compliance-heavy deployments
- Influence product direction by directly working with voice agent technology, semantic search systems, and large language model pipelines
