Responsibilities
- Design and implement core product features from concept to deployment
- Collaborate closely with product and design to define technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Help establish engineering best practices and development workflows
- Own system architecture and scale the platform as user demand grows
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the team
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and services
- Ensure security and data privacy standards are met
- Contribute to technical documentation and system runbooks
Nice to Have
- Experience as an early engineer at a technology startup
- Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
- Background in distributed systems and scalable infrastructure
- Prior work on developer tools or API-first products
- Open-source contributions or public technical writing
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience mentoring other engineers and leading technical initiatives
