About the Role
We are looking for a founding engineer and full-stack developer to join our small, dynamic team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and launching our new product, contributing to both the frontend and backend of our application. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction of the product and the company as a whole. Responsibilities
- Design and implement the product architecture
- Develop and maintain the frontend and backend of the application
- Collaborate with the team to define and implement product features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Implement security and data protection
- Contribute to the development of the company's technology stack
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience
- Contribute to the development of the company's technical roadmap
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
