Clera is building an AI-first platform to revolutionize the recruiting industry by automating the end-to-end headhunting process. As engineer #4 on the founding team, you will have massive ownership, ship features daily, and directly shape the product's direction in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You'll Do
- Ship features to production daily
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Work on fully agentic systems that automate complex workflows
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers
- Iterate based on customer feedback
- Build AI-driven automation systems for recruiting
What We're Looking For
- Very strong software engineering background
- Experience in TypeScript and React
- Strong practical experience working with AI
- Startup mindset - high agency, resourceful, and obsessed with creating value
- Take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment
- Write code fast and scrap it quickly, but know when to build for scale and quality
- Enjoy talking to customers and iterating based on feedback
- Willing to work hard to create something new with high impact
