Responsibilities
- Assist founders with daily tasks such as meeting preparation, briefs, and project tracking, and engage in strategic discussions.
- Help develop and execute Raison's multi-channel go-to-market strategy, including inbound, outbound, and partnership efforts.
- Support founders in design partner meetings covering discovery, demonstrations, onboarding, and support.
- Analyze learner data and collect both quantitative and qualitative feedback on educator and learner usage.
- Contribute to user research across different segments and help shape the product roadmap.
- Prepare materials for key meetings, including internal notes, commercial decks, and fundraising presentations.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication flows throughout the company.
Requirements
- Completed at least one prior internship, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as tech, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
- Fluent in oral and written communication in both French and English.
- Dynamic, action-oriented, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communicator who works independently yet collaborates as a team player.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Deep passion for something outside of work is a bonus.
