Responsibilities
- Implementing, owning, and constantly improving our People operations from hiring strategy to signing
- Driving our marketing efforts, including strategic marketing goal setting and marketing execution
- Handling accounting and financial tasks, ensuring efficient management of records and invoices
- Supporting and improving our sales processes, pipelines, and CRM systems
Requirements
- Possess native German language skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business, finance, or a related field
- Have done a minimum of one internship/working student position in relevant sectors, i.e., Consulting, Banking, Investment firm, VC-funded venture
