At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
Strong engineering background, ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
Highly analytical mindset with enthusiasm for solving technical problems using data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other tools.
Experience or interest in working with large-scale data to address valuable business challenges.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams with both technical and non-technical members, and comfort in fast-paced environments with evolving goals and user feedback.
Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Willingness and interest to travel to client sites as needed.
Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Fluency in Hebrew.

Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, though this may vary by team and location.
