Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain software systems with emphasis on monitoring, alerting, and configuration management, while managing version upgrades.
- Implement new platform releases at client sites and transition existing deployments to modern infrastructure architectures.
- Diagnose and enhance backend services and infrastructure to improve long-term performance, stability, and growth capacity.
- Minimize manual intervention by automating operational workflows, processes, and standard procedures.
- Deliver technical support for live system issues, driving rapid resolution with limited disruption; participate in rotating on-call coverage.
- Design and build custom tools within Foundry and Apollo to address complex infrastructure problems.
