Responsibilities
- Lead discussions and execution around deployment architecture, including designing strategies for VPC setup, access controls, networking, and infrastructure provisioning across client environments.
- Oversee end-to-end infrastructure operations for key customers, covering initial setup, scaling, updates, and incident response.
- Create and update standardized deployment guides, upgrade processes, and automated tools to ensure consistent and dependable operations.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure the platform supports smooth deployment and ongoing management under varying customer requirements.
- Engage with customer platform, security, and DevOps teams to understand infrastructure limitations and compliance obligations.
- Support pre-sales and onboarding phases by working with Sales and Customer Success to define infrastructure needs and convert them into actionable deployment blueprints.
