Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure the platform for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term usage
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current technology infrastructure, operational workflows, and specific needs
- Develop and maintain integrations between the platform and client systems, including internal databases, legacy tools, and enterprise applications
- Convert client input and field observations into actionable engineering requirements for product development
- Diagnose and fix technical issues that arise in live customer environments
- Create standardized documentation, best practices, and reusable integration templates based on real-world deployments
- Manage technical relationships with clients throughout the lifecycle from initial trial to full-scale rollout
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, implementation, or consulting
- Proficient in TypeScript, with the ability to read, write, and modify both frontend and backend code
- Solid knowledge of enterprise technologies including ERP platforms, databases, identity providers, and internal APIs
- Proven experience integrating with outdated or complex legacy systems within large IT environments
- Awareness of enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, on-premises deployments, VPNs, and single sign-on
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and non-technical decision-makers
- Capable of collaborating effectively with IT departments, business units, and executive leadership
Nice to Have
- Background working in regulated sectors such as finance, insurance, or manufacturing
- Exposure to AI or large language model products and their operational behavior in production settings
- Knowledge of common integration methods including APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and ETL processes
