About the Role
Engineers in this position partner with Canadian public sector organizations to deploy Generative AI solutions securely and ethically. You will collaborate directly with government teams to understand critical challenges, then design and implement AI-driven solutions using the company’s technology stack. As a technical liaison between product and client engineering teams, you will help integrate AI into high-impact public services while maintaining strict data security and compliance standards. The role welcomes candidates with expertise in backend systems, infrastructure, agent development, and deployment who are passionate about customer impact and cutting-edge AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle deployment of North in private cloud and on-prem environments, covering planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to evaluate infrastructure setups, security policies, and data handling procedures.
- Move quickly while maintaining high standards to deliver customer solutions that surpass expectations.
- Create customized deployment plans aligned with client requirements, ensuring adherence to data protection and security protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to deployments, delivering prompt fixes to reduce service interruptions.
