Responsibilities
- Deliver production-level systems by leading technical initiatives, including designing reference architectures, developing custom applications, and integrating data pipelines with machine learning and AI models.
- Support strategic clients in executing large-scale data and AI transformations, overseeing full lifecycle development and deployment of advanced data solutions, in coordination with engagement leads.
- Assist clients in adopting the platform by advising on system design and initiating projects that enable successful evaluation and implementation.
- Take ownership of technical architecture, ensuring designs are secure, scalable, and consistent with client objectives and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with internal technical staff, project leads, architects, and client teams to deliver technically sound project outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and customer support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues quickly and provide feedback to improve product and deployment experience.
- Immerse in client environments, working closely with technical contributors and leadership to identify pain points and drive meaningful results.
- Develop reusable tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance delivery efficiency across client engagements and inform future product development.
