Responsibilities
- Turn business requirements into functional technical solutions
- Set up, validate, and roll out digital workers to address client challenges
- Develop proof-of-concept models to explore new solutions for client needs
- Investigate, write code for, and deploy connections between the platform and external systems such as HubSpot, Discord, or SharePoint
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while enhancing current implementations
- Improve internal workflows by automating and standardizing deployment processes
