- Support pilot programs and proof-of-concept deployments
- Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and sensor integration issues
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Assist in post-deployment training and support
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during rollout phases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of field deployment tools
- Respond to urgent field incidents as needed
- Validate data accuracy and system responsiveness
- Ensure compliance with security and access protocols
- Gather user feedback for future development cycles
- Work in varied physical environments including industrial sites
