Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to embed the GenAI platform into current operational processes.
- Design and implement custom features and improvements within the platform to address unique client requirements.
- Manage deployment setup and initial configuration, offering support for up to 180 days after sale.
- Interact with clients through in-person, remote, or hybrid engagements as needed.
- Deliver proof-of-concept demos to illustrate platform capabilities to prospects and current clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of platform functionality and constraints to inform solution design.
- Offer technical expertise and advisory support during integration and rollout stages.
- Quickly develop new capabilities within or adjacent to the core platform based on client input.
- Coordinate with the product development team to incorporate client-driven features into the main platform.
- Record and relay client needs and feedback to guide product evolution and prioritization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment challenges with timely and effective resolutions.
- Partner with internal teams such as product, engineering, and support to ensure cohesive client delivery.

- Must hold an active Secret clearance.
- Occasional short-term domestic travel required within the United States.
- This role is part of the Sales Engineering team.
- Primary office location is in Tysons, Virginia.
