Responsibilities
- Install and set up the platform within client environments, handling data pipelines, system integrations, and automated workflows
- Develop robust code such as scripts, APIs, and small-scale applications to enhance platform functions and address unique client needs
- Connect the platform to external data providers, government platforms, and client-specific IT systems
- Quickly identify and fix technical problems in real-world settings, often with minimal infrastructure access or remote support
- Convert business and operational needs from non-technical users into clear technical designs and functional software solutions
- Create tools, templates, and modular components to streamline and speed up future implementation cycles
- Collaborate with product development teams to report bugs, suggest feature improvements, and share architectural insights from field experience
- Manage direct technical interactions with client engineering teams, data departments, and IT or security contacts
- Support internal knowledge sharing by contributing to technical documentation, deployment guides, and engineering resources
