Responsibilities
- Execute on-the-ground technical deployment and activation of solutions within the country of operation.
- Manage integration with current infrastructure and technologies to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Lead and train local technical personnel to operate and sustain platform systems effectively.
- Serve as the main technical contact to establish data access, support data collection and exchange, and implement long-term data governance policies.
- Identify and report data irregularities or technical risks to central engineering and data groups for timely resolution.
- Oversee system performance, diagnose issues, and implement fixes to maintain consistent service availability.
- Coordinate with engagement, product, solutions, engineering, and government teams to align technical capabilities with project requirements.

- This is a hybrid role with significant in-person requirements.
- The role demands regular presence on the ground to build relationships, oversee implementation, and liaise with local stakeholders.
- The successful candidate must be highly self-driven, comfortable working in small in-person teams while contributing to larger efforts virtually, and disciplined in using online collaboration tools and video conferencing to maintain constant communication.
- Fluent in French with professional working ability in English (for French-speaking countries).
