Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI methodologies to address intricate defense-related challenges
- Build and deploy functional AI systems in operational environments
- Quickly prototype AI models, rule-based systems, heuristics, and agent-driven solutions
- Engage directly with clients to identify and understand their operational problems
- Convert client-defined problems into actionable technical specifications for AI systems
- Transform ambiguous client requirements into defined AI workflows and data science approaches
- Assess performance of AI solutions with stakeholders, refine, and iterate as necessary
- Integrate and deploy code into live AI platforms
- Assume full responsibility for resolving client-specific challenges from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with AI platform, agentic AI, and data engineering teams to develop production-grade solutions
- Collaborate to adapt custom solutions into reusable agentic AI components for broader use
- Package data science and AI outputs into agent-based skill frameworks
- Develop agentic AI systems by integrating AI orchestrators with specialized reasoning tools
