Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle for Fortinet LAN and WLAN systems within large-scale enterprise networks
- Develop both high-level and detailed design documentation that reflects client needs and industry standards
- Serve as the technical authority, overseeing design governance and ensuring solution integrity
- Support infrastructure transformation projects with remote design work and on-site implementation oversight
- Collaborate with project management, global network operations, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth handover to operational support
- Provide expert guidance for moves, adds, changes, deletions, performance tuning, and ongoing service enhancements
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to convert business objectives into scalable technical implementations
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of Fortinet LAN/WLAN solutions across enterprise environments
- Produce high and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) aligned to customer requirements and best practice
- Lead technical governance, design authority, and solution assurance activities
- Support transformation delivery, including remote design and onsite implementation guidance
- Work closely with Project Management, GNOC, and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless transition into BAU
- Provide technical leadership for IMACD, optimisation, and continuous improvement activities
- Engage with stakeholders (internal and customer) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
