Responsibilities
- Perform field-based or site-based repairs and maintenance on a large fleet of Forklifts for customers across your assigned area
- Work through our well-equipped Workshop
- Ensure that we provide exceptional service to our customers
- Work together with our customers and support them to keep their businesses on the go
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' Material Handling Equipment experience or Auto Electrical or Battery Electric Vehicle experience and / or trade qualification (or similar overseas qualification)
- Customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude
- Team player and prepared to support the team
- IT savvy and agile learner
- Ability to build rapport and relationships
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit (manual handling required)
- Full pre-employment medical, including a drug & alcohol test
- Valid drivers’ license
