Requirements
- Strong background in construction scheduling for large or complex projects
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
- Demonstrated experience establishing critical path logic and performing schedule forensic analysis, including delay and disruption assessments
- Ability to clearly communicate schedule logic and delay impacts to non scheduling audiences, including project managers, executives, and legal counsel
Nice to Have
- Experience in pipeline, linear infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civil projects
- Familiarity with common delay analysis methodologies (e.g. time impact analysis, windows analysis, as planned vs. as built), including industry standards and guidance (e.g., AACE)
- Experience collaborating with contract administration, claims teams, or legal professionals
