Responsibilities

  • Chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
  • Microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
  • Sensory analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
  • Calibration of instruments
  • Issuance of certificates of analysis
  • Shelf-life analysis of finished products
  • Support activities for quality assurance (environmental swabbing, description of analytical methods, documentation of laboratory equipment usage)

Requirements

  • Degree in Food Science & Technologies
  • Analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and analyze results
  • 1+ years of experience in the role in food companies
  • Italian & English language knowledge is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic company
  • Precision and attention to details
  • Strong interest and passion for quality and the food industry

Additional Information

  • Location: Gallarate (VA)
  • Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability required on a rotational basis within the team to ensure laboratory coverage, as production operates 7/7
