Responsibilities
- Chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Sensory analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Calibration of instruments
- Issuance of certificates of analysis
- Shelf-life analysis of finished products
- Support activities for quality assurance (environmental swabbing, description of analytical methods, documentation of laboratory equipment usage)
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science & Technologies
- Analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and analyze results
- 1+ years of experience in the role in food companies
- Italian & English language knowledge is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Teamwork
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic company
- Precision and attention to details
- Strong interest and passion for quality and the food industry

Additional Information
- Location: Gallarate (VA)
- Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability required on a rotational basis within the team to ensure laboratory coverage, as production operates 7/7
