Responsibilities
- Oversee servers, runners, and restaurant staff to ensure compliance with service standards and uniform policies, including clean attire, polished shoes, name tags, and professional appearance.
- Supervise guest service delivery, proactively identifying and responding to guest needs.
- Support management in setting expectations and verifying completion of side duties.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for cash bank management, ensuring accuracy, balance, and security.
- Review incoming shift communications and prepare updates for the next team.
- Verify staff attendance, track call-offs, and confirm adequate floor coverage.
- Inspect the dining area for cleanliness and proper setup before service.
- Evaluate service stations and aisleways for organization and readiness.
- Ensure all tables are clean and correctly arranged for guest seating.
- Provide daily updates to the restaurant manager on events, guest counts, and operational matters.
- Support restaurant leadership in conducting menu training sessions and taste evaluations.
