Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern for a summer role offering hands-on experience across several restaurant outlets, poolside dining, and bars in a high-volume resort environment.
What You'll Do
- Support daily service operations across restaurant outlets, poolside dining, and bars
- Learn and apply Hyatt service standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Gain practical hospitality skills and build a foundation for future careers
What We're Looking For
- Strong guest-service mindset
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, and outdoors as needed May through August
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting or moving supplies as needed
Nice to Have
- Current student in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business
- Prior experience in a similar role such as hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service
