Resilient Co was looking for a Flutter Frontend Engineer Sr

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-team architectural planning and guide technical decisions impacting multiple domains.
  • Create foundational libraries and internal packages; establish benchmarks for code integrity, data security in storage and transmission, and documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to ensure technology direction supports business objectives.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance rendering efficiency, application responsiveness, and system observability through metrics, monitoring, and error reporting.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers by providing actionable feedback and thorough code reviews.
  • Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Copilot to improve productivity and reduce accumulated technical complexity.
  • Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English.
