Responsibilities
- Travel to all designated clinic locations to provide consistent, high-quality therapy services and maintain continuity of care
- Develop and improve operational systems and workflows to maximize clinical coverage efficiency
- Actively monitor the Shifts app in coordination with Clinic Managers and Patient Coordinators to respond to both scheduled and urgent staffing needs
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and adaptability by providing coverage for absent clinicians while supporting patient care goals
- Deliver on-demand therapy sessions and evaluations, including initial and follow-up assessments, goal development, care plan updates, and personalized recommendations
- Conduct daily therapeutic interventions in alignment with established care plans to promote client progress and family involvement
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing practices in compliance with insurance and organizational requirements
- Offer telehealth services when feasible to support children awaiting in-person appointments
- Attend routine meetings with leadership and team members to discuss operational trends and opportunities for training or standardization
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to improve client outcomes across service areas
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

- Bending or stooping motions are regularly performed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required
- Lateral and backward pivoting or shuffling movements are involved
- Ability to run up to 100 feet is necessary
