CoreX is hiring a Flemish & English Customer Care Specialist to provide support for a mission-driven energy company focused on a greener future. You will be the essential link between customers and their energy-saving smart technology, handling inquiries, billing, and app troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver support via email, chat, and phone.
- Educate customers about products and services to resolve issues proactively.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer queries.
- Stay current with evolving smart home energy product updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.
- Share customer insights to improve products and service experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, or Serbia.
- Fluent in Flemish (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a multichannel customer support environment.
- Compassionate, a great communicator, and empathetic.
- Curious, analytical, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously, including CRMs and ticketing systems.
- Startup mentality, willing to keep up with constant change and learning.
- Interest in sustainability and tech.
