About the Role
Skilled welder needed to fabricate custom combustion components using advanced TIG, flux-core, and MIG techniques on stainless and carbon steel, following welding specifications, engineering blueprints, and high-quality standards.
Compensation
Pay based on weld test performance and experience; Class A: $30+ hourly, Class B/C: $25–$29 hourly; signing bonuses available.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as required.
- Signing bonuses available: $4,500 for Class A, $3,000 for Class B/C.
- Hourly pay determined by welding test outcomes and years of relevant experience.
- Class B/C rate applies to those who can pass a 3G plate test using MIG or flux-core methods.
- Class A rate requires passing a 6G all-TIG test on 2 1/2" schedule 160 pipe plus a 3G plate test.
