Responsibilities
- Gain understanding of web security practices and contribute to enhancing online browsing safety
- Receive guidance and support from both your manager and a designated mentor
- Engage in established team workflows focused on securing a mature software product
- Assist in analyzing security-related issues under supervision and develop test cases using HTML and JavaScript
- Enhance current team procedures using Python or contribute to Firefox's web security features through C++ development
- Opportunity to collaborate with and learn from the broader open source community
- Option to initiate and lead independent projects with approval
