About the Role
The individual in this position will provide technical assistance for financial technology platforms, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and work closely with engineering and product teams to improve system reliability and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries from users of digital financial platforms
- Diagnose and resolve payment processing errors
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams
- Maintain accurate records of support cases and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring problems
- Provide feedback to product teams based on user interactions
- Follow established protocols for data security and compliance
- Assist in the creation of user-facing support documentation
- Monitor system alerts for potential service disruptions
- Support onboarding of new users to financial services
- Track and report on key support metrics
- Ensure timely responses within service level agreements
- Troubleshoot integration issues with third-party services
- Guide users through authentication and verification processes
- Assist with testing updates before public release
- Identify patterns in user issues for proactive fixes
- Communicate service status during outages
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features
- Support multiple languages as required by user base
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical issues
- Verify transaction accuracy across systems
- Escalate fraud-related incidents according to policy
- Assist with user account recovery processes
- Document technical workflows for internal use
- Adapt communication style to diverse user needs
