Responsibilities
- Handle full lifecycle processing of requests for analytical dimension changes, including Imputation Centers and Projects, submitted via Jira or email.
- Carry out system updates across financial platforms such as ERP and EPM to maintain consistent data and adherence to corporate management policies.
- Serve as the main contact for user inquiries related to referential data, offering guidance on analytical axis selection and resolving imputation issues.
- Conduct routine data quality checks and reconciliations to align financial data across all integrated systems.
- Administer user permissions and perform scheduled security audits for EPM and Power BI platforms.
- Prepare and manage EPM system settings for budget and forecast cycles, including timing controls and data transfers.
- Evaluate report usage patterns using Power BI metrics to track user engagement and identify underused or outdated reports.
- Generate adoption KPIs to inform decisions on training initiatives and report lifecycle management.
- Keep standard operating procedures and user documentation current for finance teams.
- Support testing and validation of new budgeting and reporting features during implementation phases.
- Assist in monthly reporting updates and refine processes based on user feedback and performance insights.
