Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic improvements in financial health as an individual contributor, guiding teams indirectly within a squad-based structure.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives that result in positive customer outcomes while safeguarding organizational interests.
  • Collaborate with analysts, product managers, engineers, and operations teams to execute strategic changes.
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the impact of implemented changes and monitor portfolio performance.
  • Support the professional growth of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
  • Engage with external partners to ensure compliance with internal standards and strong customer outcomes.
  • Use data and documentation to maintain proper governance, controls, and performance monitoring in strategy execution.
