Responsibilities
- Lead finance and accounting initiatives encompassing budgeting, audits, and monthly closing procedures using U.S. GAAP standards
- Oversee daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, invoicing, fixed assets, collections, reconciliations, sales tax compliance, and related processes as required
- Direct accounting operations with a focus on systems, process efficiency, goal achievement, and special project execution
- Maintain and enhance finance and accounting standard operating procedures by identifying improvements and implementing updated workflows
- Take full ownership of internal, corporate, and peer group financial reporting requirements
- Manage core HR responsibilities such as benefits coordination, group insurance administration, and supporting new employee onboarding
- Actively participate in customer billing operations, including pricing adjustments, incentive programs, and commission structures
- Serve as primary contact for key external partners including banks, property landlords, vendors, and suppliers
