Account specific roles and responsibilities: • Audit medical and healthcare-related bills against benefits platform records on a recurring basis • Identify discrepancies such as payments for ineligible or terminated employees, Incorrect charges or mismatched enrollment data • Reconcile billing data and validate accuracy of charges • Document findings clearly using standardized templates and processes • Upload audit results and reports to a secure shared file system • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve reconciliation workflows • Flag trends or recurring issues that may impact client costs or operations • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and employee data
