Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Support the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulatory standards
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Identify and correct accounting discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit procedures
- Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and controls
- Monitor and manage intercompany transactions
- Track and report on fixed asset accounting
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems
- Prepare journal entries and adjustments
- Verify the accuracy of account balances across departments
- Assist in the development of internal financial documentation
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to finance
- Ensure data integrity in financial databases
- Help maintain consistent accounting practices across business units
- Conduct periodic financial data analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
- Manage documentation for financial transactions
- Work closely with other finance team members to ensure smooth operations
