Requirements
- 8+ years of experience and a proven track record in finance transformation, ideally in a tech, marketplace, or high-growth scale-up, or in a consulting firm with strong tech client exposure.
- Audit / Accounting background is a plus for accounting depth.
- You're a natural project driver: structured, autonomous, able to move things forward across teams without formal authority.
- You are a reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- You have an unquestionable credibility and integrity.
- You are highly organized, motivated, analytical, have a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize tasks.
- You are a hands-on person, agile, pragmatic and a problem solver.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, you are familiar with Dynamics 365 already.
