About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Finance Manager for a strategic role overseeing financial operations and compliance in India. You will take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and risk management, providing data-driven insights to support long-term strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with precision and foresight.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and sustainability.
  • Conduct risk assessments and establish internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial health.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity across ERP platforms and reporting tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance management roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools such as ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or CPA qualification.
