Responsibilities
- Drive the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives using the IFS finance module to support business objectives.
- Offer leadership and coaching to entry-level analysts and members of the finance department.
- Perform in-depth evaluation of financial workflows to uncover major opportunities for improving speed, precision, and regulatory adherence.
- Spearhead the reengineering of financial processes to maximize IFS platform capabilities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between senior finance staff, IT executives, and outside vendors.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and strategic updates to C-level decision-makers.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of major IFS finance system initiatives, including updates, data transitions, and new functionality rollouts.
- Lead organizational change strategies to support seamless system adoption and reduce operational interruptions.
- Maintain alignment of the IFS finance system with international accounting rules and compliance frameworks.
- Identify potential threats to financial data reliability and reporting integrity, and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor advancements in enterprise resource planning technologies and financial best practices.
- Champion the integration of innovative tools and approaches to strengthen financial reporting and operations.
