Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of Food, Feed and Water in The Netherlands as part of the network of companies.
- Act as the 'right-hand' to the regional business line leader in financial topics and strategic agenda (organizational development, M&A etc.).
- Lead the Business Control team (5 FTE).
- Lead the Credit Control team (5 FTE).
- Support optimal financial performance through the Business Control and Credit Control teams.
Requirements
- Must lead two teams: Business Control and Credit Control.
- Must report to the regional business line leader.
- Must travel frequently between different locations (mostly Heerenveen, Deventer, Almere, Barendrecht and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen).

Team size: 10. Structure: The Finance director leads two teams: Business Control (5 FTE) and Credit Control (5 FTE).
Additional Information
- The role necessitates frequent travel between different locations (mostly Heerenveen, Deventer, Almere, Barendrecht and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen).
- The finance function in the business is supported by a national service center responsible for financial controlling, purchasing, tax, legal and payroll.
- Accounting is performed centrally by a shared service center located abroad.
